Dear Guest,I am sorry your experience was less than perfect with us. I have shared this review with our maintenance engineer to repair what is going on in the room above. It sounds to me like there was a drain leaking. I do apologize. Since you did report it right away it was taken care of immediately. My staff should not have chuckled about this either, and for that again I apologize. Often my staff finds humor in things where they should not. I will correct that as well. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to be your host. We are working on better sound proofing. As we continue to upgrade our rooms with new furniture this June we will have an additional inspection done to see how we can better sound proof our rooms for better guest comfort. Dear Guest,Thank you for your brief review. We are glad that our hotel worked so nicely for your sporting event stay. The Wisconsin Dells area is fast becoming the sporting capital of the midwest. All of our rooms have a frig and microwave as we cater to many families. It is always nice to have that left over pizza the next day and not have to spend more money out. Being a sporting mom myself, I always travel with extra snacks for my boys and many bottles of water and gatorade.We hope that you will choose us again for your return visits to the Dells. Fortunately we have 2 entrances and a great frontage road to get you here safely. The project will be completed soon and it will be much easier during your next visit, I promise!We do have other guest rooms with larger bathrooms. On your next visit please request a room with a larger bathroom. Now that we have your information in our system it will be a quick change for us to accommodate that need. We have several rooms to the east of the elevator that have larger bathrooms. When you call us direct to make your reservations next time please remind my staff that you have stayed with us prior and they can look up your reservation and make the upgrade, free of charge. Dear Haily H,Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I want to let you know that we ARE getting all NEW room furniture in just a short time. We are hoping to have that arrive in June. So you will have to plan another return visit to us and check it all out! We are very excited. With all of the other upgrades to the rooms and the hotel this was the item we were waiting for.I will pass along your compliments of the cleanliness to both my maintenance engineer (poo) and housekeeping. When we compete with the other larger water parks in town it's important to keep out own amenities top notch.Some day we will have a shuttle. I know that many people are now taking the bus or Amtrak to the Dells as part of their family adventure or because they are coming from the city where having a car is not necessary. We do have several affordable taxi companies now available and we hope that you can or did utilize them with ease.There are new bike lanes and sidewalks going in as we speak and that will only help our guests maneuver around this fun town.We hope that you will be oru guests again!Sincerely,GenevieveGeneral Manager « hide
