“Lost reservation”

- Started with my reservation being lost. The front desk people were very nice and helpful in finding a room with our track coaches conference booking up the Ramada and adjoining Crown Plaza. They were able to find a room. While checking me in the computer had all my information but somehow there was no reservation put in when I called. The room was nothing special, slightly outdated. The biggest problem was the heater was so loud and was on all night. As soon as I turned it off it was freezing in the room. Bed was nice. Was sleepnumber bed but remote did not work.
