Thank you for staying at our Ramada Plaza and for writing a review of your stay. Please know that your concerns are very important to us. Our maintenance department regularly checks the chlorine levels of the pool to ensure that they are at state requirements. When there is a higher bather load, the chlorine smell is caused by chloramines from the chlorine directly. This is the chlorine doing its job. I apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory.
