“problem with room and checkout”

- The first room we were in the bed was wet,they moved us to a different room which was much nicer,now the checkout was a cluster,i paid cash for the room,it wasn't posted so they charged me CC,then supposedly it was fixed and turns out it was done wrong and there were almost $500 worth of holds on my card.That was cleared up Monday afternoon.The food from Room Service was great and the breakfast was great.
