“Good room without water”

- The staff at your hotel is very professional. Our conference had around 150 attendies, all of which stayed at your hotal.The location and quality worked well for a business conference. However when we woke up in the morning, there was no running water. Because of that, we couldn't shower, or even use the toilets. This was a major inconvenience, and very uncomfortable to go through. If I were you, I would think about a way to compensate all these quests, because we will be holding many conferences in the area, and when we have our national conference, there are usually 3 times as many attending.
