“Water Slide Non-Operational - No Warning”; Feb 24, 2013 Kirk H, Seattle; We were on a family trip and drove out of our way to stay at this hotel specifically because of the water slide that was advertised. At time of check-in we were advised that the water slide was not available for use on the night of our stay or the next few nights. The kids were quite upset as this was going to be one of the highlights of our trip. This should have been openly communicated at the time the reservation was made (one week prior).

I do apologize for the disappointment caused to your family during your stay. Our Water Slide does have limited days during the winter months (Oct-April) opening Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings. This information is on our websites and we try very hard to let guests with familes know when they book their reservations. However, sometimes unless our guest asks we are not aware that you are visiting for the reason of the water slide. I do hope that you were able to enjoy our indoor pool, wading pool and hot tub during your visit and that you enjoyed our full service dining facilities.During the summer we will have the water slide oen seven days a week and hope you will return. « hide
