“First time to Seattle Area”

Really enjoyed breakfast inside the restaurant even though it had to be purchased. The staff is not very people friendly. I had to wait about 25 minutes after calling for transportation. At first I was informed it would only be a couple of minutes. After about 10 minutes, I called back and the front desk informed me that he was on the way and gave me the number to contact him directly. I was never able to get through on his phone. About 10 minutes later, I called back again and I was told the same thing again. When he did show up, I informed him that his phone was not working and he became very rude. I informed the manager the next day and he reduced my bill. After not seeing my points on my rapid rewards account, I contacted the hotel to check on that. The desk clerk wasn't familar with the points, so I left my number for the manager to call me. The went on for 4 days before I heard from the manager. Everytime I call back I asked the cleck if she gave the manager my numbe and the response was "yes". When I did hear from the manager, I asked him if he had gotten any messages from his clerks and he said "no". At that point I asked to speak to the owner which I had not heard from yet. I will not be staying at this hotel again!
