Thank you Lisa for taking the time to give us this review. I am extremely sorry that our hotel didn't live up to your expectations. Your room had just been recently serviced by maint and should not have been put back in order yet. While you were here, we were also in the process of replaceing our heat pump to the pool, this is why it was not warm enough. We are so sorry that that affected your stay. There is no excuse for this and we hope that we can get the chance to serve you again. If you would be willing to give us another opportunity, I would like to give you a 2 complementary adjoining rooms on the main floor close to the pool to help with your previouse inconvenience. There are times we have to put extra chemicals in the pool to ensure that it is clean and safe to swim in.
