“Thanksgiving holiday”

We stayed at the Ramada in Grand Rapids, Mi, three rooms for three nights and another for one night. Check in went well. and the rooms were what we planned on, having been here before. The extra one room reservation had been put down for the wrong night and the poolside room was not available. However, they did find us a room, and did it as a complimentary room which I appreciated. They also gave a free breakfast to that room as well as another six free breakfasts.The thing I would say is that the pool staff was not real considerate. The first night the gal stayed on her phone most of the time. The second and third nights the people were really set to follow the rules, but only for some of the people, and not the rest. They need some customer service training I'd say. The rooms were clean and housekeeping good. We will again next year be trying to stay for the same time and would hope the pool staff could be a little more considerate, and that the pool slide hours could be a little more. The kids won't be sliding for 4 hours straight, but could appreciate a couple of hours, then perhaps an hour break and then a couple of hours more Just a thought. Thanks for your time.Jeanne Hare
