“Not worth the money”

Check-in was confusing because the room rates were not what we were quoted by or Ramada. We had a king room that was supposed to be non-smoking but upon entering, could definately tell there had been some smoking. The picture of the room on the website was WAY off from the room we had. The bathroom was horrible, and the last person didn't flush before they left. The shower head was coming out of the wall and who ever done the caulking in the tub/shower area wasn't very good. The room had two chairs and one of the cushions was busted on the bottom where if someone had sat in it that was any decent size, they would have falled right through the frame of the chair. TV reception was "snowy". I was bitten 4 times on my left outter thigh by something while in the bed but could never find anything. After all this, the manager of the hotel and the district were very rude and unprofessional and the staff at the front desk seemed really uneducated when it came to customer service. My card was charged for a day that we did not stay and because they said "it wasn't caught in time" that they would not refund my money. The district manager would not come to the phone when I asked the manager if I could speak to him. Needless to say, I filed a grievance with the BBB regarding this hotel and have contacted my bank with a disputed for an unauthorized charge. I will stay in my car before I ever stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
