“Will not stay again”; Jan 30, 2013 Ashok A, San Ramon; You get what you pay! I booked through hotwire and thought I got a great deal. I had requested a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. Wanted to talk to the front desk and the phone wasn't working in the room we got. Went down to the front desk and requested a room with 2 beds and they said they cannot accommodate and I would have to deal with hotwire. They said that they cannot help even when I offered to pay the difference. Then I asked them to put me in a different room with a working phone and they did oblige. The sofa bed was pretty dirty. The room has poor insulation. The guest next door was playing TV at 4am in the morning and it came loud and clear through the walls. Not at al la pleasant experience.Lesson learnt.
