“First Ramada Inn Stay”

  , Brigham City
When I made the reservation I asked if a ground floor room was available and was told there was a room available. When I arrived I was told to go to the second floor, and I remineder the clerk I was told the room should be on the ground floor. But there was not any information about my request. But after several minutes I was told a room on the ground floor was available and was given this room # 111.We went to the room and found several things, like a old TV and the bath tub had been repaired with a material which was a contrasting color and was not very smooth and still showed a large crack. We did use it because it was very dangerous. While we were sleeping at about 3:300 AM we awoke to a person banging on the door to the adjoining room, and screaming asking to be let into the room. It went on for several minutes and we wondered if we needed to leave our room, since we were afraid of what will happen next. It finally stopped but that was the end of our sleep for the rest of the night. When we left the hotel I asked what the yelling was all about last night and received the following reply. " The person on duty did not follow the proper procedure because she was afraid of the person making all the noise". My reply was "Why not call the police for some help to control this person". The answer was we did not follow the correct proceedure and were just sorry. So we have stayed at this hotel for the first and last time.
