“Most terrible experience ever at a Ramada.”

I don't no where to begin. I stayed at this hotel two years ago. It was great! This time I was bringing the family. I booked a smoking room with two beds. But I didn't expect the room to reek from smoke. We tried to watch tv and every time we turned another light on, or changed a channel, the lights went out as well as the tv. We called for maintenance . He came and shook the wall and the light fixture to fix it? I told him it was probably a short? The place could've went on fire? My husband couldn't sleep at all that night. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, that I myself woke up every two hours. I got the feeling I was given a second rate room this time because I brought the kids. That room was not even worth $65.00 a night. Especially if it would have went on fire because it was poorly maintained.
