“Lack of service for price”

Hi, I have made the manager of the hotel aware of my complaints, through our High River Ramada manager, Andrea. I was extremely happy with Robyn's service, at the front desk, but a lot of other things were not up to Ramada standards. We were staying at the hotel, for a dance competition, and had just spent the previous weekends at some other hotels around the province. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service from the hotel cleaners, as they didn't clean our rooms when they were supposed to. In some instances they just grabbed soiled towels, didn't replace them, and just pulled up the bedding, but didn't make the beds. As someone who was paying more than $150/night I would expect that my beds are made (using the existing sheets), and that the room is cleaned. That would mean doing a quick run down of the bathroom, making the beds, being sure to have a full set of towels, and replacing the dirty cups/glasses that had been used.I also stayed for an extra three hours, and was charged the full room rate of $160ish. I found this to be quite unusual, as even at the Fairmont Hotels we were only charged a portion of our room rate for booking another full night, and then leaving early.Overall, Robyn was great, but the hotel experience was lacking.I hope that this feedback can be utilized to be sure that other patrons don't have the same experience in the future.Thanks,Alison A.
