“We were in Milwaukee with 5000 other International Moose...”

We were in Milwaukee with 5000 other International Moose members for our annual convention. There were 14 in our group. Not one of our rooms had working air conditioners. Whether set on hot or cool hot air was all you got. We had no working ice machine on our floor during our 6 day stay. The restaurant, Bar & Grill had such limited hours of service we spent our money outside the hotel or by ordering in from other establishment. No one seemed to understand the needs of all the Moose members staying in this hotel. I asked a bartender if we could get a bite to eat and was told NO the kitchen is closed this was 10pm, we had just arrived back from a meeting at the Milwaukee theater from 7:30pm-930pm. On another occasion we came back from a meeting and went into the bar for a beverage it was 3pm it wasn't open. In the 6days we stayed we never ate or had a beverage in the Hotel. The staff was very good at telling us what they wouldn't do but never once stepped up and offered us any help or suggestions. Needless to say I can't imagine the amount of revenue lost. We spoke with disappointed guests each day in the lobby. I travel several times each year and this is the first negative review I have felt compelled to write.
