“Very dissappointed”

I have reserved a room through Hotwire to accommodate 4 adults. I ended up in RAMADA. Once i arrived the lobby was quite and the parking lot was empty. I was greeted by the receptionist who was the main problem in this stay. After he assigned me to a room, I asked him how is the hotel doing in such a heavy rain day, he said that its going really slow with very little occupancy. I went to my room and i found out it was a king bed with sofa. I went back to him and i asked to get a two queen bed room to accommodate 4 adults. He said that the room that i have should fit 4 adults 2 in king bed and 2 on the sofa bed. If i need a two queen bed i need to pay 50% of what i paid to hotwire for the room!! I told him that hotwire says that it is based on availability and you have it available. He answered that this is your problem, this is what happens when you book through hotwire, go and complain to them!! He barged a lot about the good reviews that the hotel has and nothing i can do that may affect them!! This happened after 7-hour drive in heavy rain driving on 1 highway. I was really pissed, i told him that you are just trying to put me in a situation such that i have to pay , so i insisted on not to pay and keeping the king bed with sofa. I went to the room and the sofa bed sheet had Urin spots!! I called him and showed him the sheets, he asked the custodian to change them but never apologized!! I really urge every reviewer to change this hotel review so that they stop doing this to people. I have to say though, that the breakfast was really good and the room was big. The king bed was comfy however the sofa bed was awful!
