“Not the best”

I had to stay at this hotel with work for a few nights coming up to new year. Definitely not a Ramada, so don't be fooled. The bedroom was cold when I walked in firstly, obviously to save a bit, it was turned right down, a very basic room with cheap laminate flooring and a cheap mattress for the price, I expect a lot more. The service was ok, pleasant staff and the food was ok too, just breakfast had been sitting out a bit too long with very dry tough bacon and the beans had a bit of a skin. The big problem I had with this hotel was that I needed to extend my stay by one night and the front desk couldn't find my initial reservation, so he went to speak to the manager, instead of him getting up from his computer quickly to help, he seemed to not care. A little better customer service from management would go a long way!
