“noisey rooms”

  , Halifax
I stayed at the Ramada for a business trip. The hotel is located in a poor part of town with shady characters in the area. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep as the main street is very busy. The hotel staff were excellent in accommodating me and changed my room. The room I was moved to was filled with smoke, however, and I needed to be moved again. The staff did the best they could given the circumstances, but the poor location of the hotel lended itself to being loud and also, many sirens sounding throughout the night. The food at the restaurant was not very tasty. Uncooked and poorly season stakes sums it up.Overall I would reconsider staying here
