“Quick visit”

- Guy at counter was Super Nice and had a good hot Breakfast out promptly. Hotel is OLD and I didn't let my family take there socks off, because I just felt dirty! On my way in I called to verify our reservations and the lady that answered was an absolute Down right Rude "B"! She rushed me to get off the phone and when I asked about my reservation she said " if your coming to Van Horn we are the only Ramada"! I tryed to explain that I booked my hotel through a third party , and I would like to verify I am booked! With out a breathe ( without asking my name) she said " yep "! If it were not for the nice gentleman at the counter I would have paid for another hotel. NEED updating and new carpet BAD.
