“Terrible location and staff does not screen calls into room!!”

- Next to a firestation and I guess there were fires all night long! Staff did not screen a call into my room and was someone using steel my cc info. Call came in at 12 midnigh while asleep claiming they were from hotel and stated they lost my cc to input into system. They even said they would give me a 35% discount for the incovenience. Luckily I didn't give them my info because it was a fraudelent call that was transferred from the front lobby to my room...Staff needs to be trained on not transferring calls especially at 12 midnight!! When I contacted manager he said I had to file a police report and I was not about to do that and spend my whole day doing that. Hotel needs to take responsibility to protect customers....
