“an 11 hr stay by the airport”; Feb 18, 2013 Katherine B, Methuen; I chose this hotel as I was getting into DFW late and leaving again in the morning. The room was just ok. Could've been a little cleaner and definitely was dated. The girl working the night shift at the front desk was great. My biggest complaint is that at about 6:45 in the morning I awoke to banging and couldn't fall back to sleep. I checked, and there was no construction or maintenance going on so I can only speculate that maybe it was the pipes when people showered? House keeping was also quite loud out in the hall. I know they have to do their job and ready rooms for the next guests, but I was frustrated not to get enough sleep as I'd hoped. The continental breakfast was ok. Juice and bagel and a cup of tea. All in all I doubt I'd choose this hotel again. The rate changed when i was in the process of booking it but I didn't feel like seeking out a different one at that point and paid the 86.00 which I felt was a waste of my money considering all I was able to do is squeeze in a "nap" and shower.

I want to thank you for your valuable feedback regarding the hotel. We really apologize about the inconvenience and noises that came from the hallway. However, I checked with my maintenance staff regarding the noise that came from the pipe and couldn't find any issues. I want to let you know that we had a meeting with housekeepers and I have personally told them to keep it low while cleaning the rooms.
