“Worst hotel experience ever”

I was referred to your property because the brand of hotels I normally stay in were sold out for a Microsoft Conference. The paint in my bathroom was peeling, the remote control for the TV did not work, there was coffee supplies but no coffee pot, there was no ironing board or iron. I called the front desk at 9.30 pm about these items, which they assured me they would take care of. I fell asleep waiting for them and no one ever attempted to deliver them. The following morning I asked for a taxi with a notice of 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was told that the service they use only has two vans and one was broken so I couldn't have a cab. When I asked them why they could not call another company, I was told that that is the only company they use. I had to get upset with the front desk before the person agreed to find another service. Mind you the proximity to the airport was so close this should not have been a problem. I travel for a living between Minneapolis, Texas, California and the east coast. This is the absolute lowest level of quality of property and service I have ever experienced.
