“Never Again!!!!!!!”

It is an Older Hotel that they are trying to modernize but it my opinion they could do alot better! After driving 16 hours I expected better service. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR and after being in a car that long who wants to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Instead of packing everything on a luggage rack. I made several trips to the car to unload going up and down the step. To get in the room and find out that our phone in the room didn't work,the ironing board was broke and i paid for a room with a microwave and it didn't have one. So after finding all of this out....They now had to find us another room and I had to move all my luggage AGAIN!!!! My experience probably wouldn't have been so bad if they had BETTER customer service because they were very rude. Next time I'll spend money for a better experience and customer service. I guess the saying is true.... "You get what you pay for. " and we got exactly that... NOTHING!!!!!!
