“Shuttle was late and left me at the wrong hotel...”

I flew into Houston on 31 October 2013. I called the Ramada front desk to let them know that I had arrived and needed a shuttle from the airport. The front desk stated that they would have the driver there in about 20 minutes. After about 45 minutes I called the Ramada again to confirm that the shuttle had been dispatched to my gate and I was assured that it had been. I found out that the shuttle that was being used was labeled "Red Roof Inn" and not Ramada which I saw had been by twice. When I got onto the shuttle it was standing room only and we were packed shoulder to shoulder all the while the driver was yelling "everyone needed to sit down. As there was only seating for about 10 people, 15 of us were forced to stand while the driver drove like a bat out of hell and recklessly. We stopped at a what I thought was the hotel (no clear outside signage provided at the entrance where we were dropped off) to find out I was at the wrong hotel. I called the front desk to let them know I was at the "Red Roof Inn" and not the Ramada and they said they would dispatch the driver once again to pick me up and take me to the Ramada. When I was picked up, the driver began to attempt to berate me for getting off at the wrong hotel as I stopped him from any comment due to his inattentiveness, reckless driving, and failure to identify what hotel we were being dropped off at. When I got to the Ramada, I had to navigate past four drunks standing and sitting on the tailgate of a pickup as they hailed me saying "what's up brother?!!. When I got inside the hotel I went to the front desk and let them know exactly what had occurred. I further stated to the front desk that I was rather outraged at how this situation was handled all to be told "we are frustrated with the driver too". Frankly, I do not care about the Front desks frustration with their driver and thought that that comment was rather stupid to say the least. the only thing to their defense is that they offered me a free meal at their restaurant and a drink at their bar/lounge which I switched for bottled water as I was thirsty and did not need a diuretic like alcohol.
