Ramada Austin Central

As of 3/3/13: We are very excited to be almost finished our renovation. The main project is to replace our heating and air conditioning system and the new units are great! Not those cheap under-window units found in most hotels, but a very quiet "four-pipe" system usually only found in 4-star hotels. 75% of our rooms are finished and in use. The response has been rewarding. This hotel is completely poured-in-place concrete: between every room and every floor/ceiling. While this dampens most noise, we have found that it carried some of the drilling during the renovation. We will finish the remaining 36 rooms during the last half of March 2013. We thank anyone who was disturbed during the renovation for their understanding. During this renovation we have also repainted, re-carpeted, etc. « hide
