“Thanksgiving Stay”

This hotel is in a very convenient location and quite easy to find being just off the highway. The free breakfast in the morning was excellent. Loved the waffles!However, my wife is over 9mo pregnant and we were put on the third floor of the hotel when the elevator was broken for 2 full days. Having to walk up and down three flights of stairs was not acceptable and very difficult for her.Upon arrival I stood at the front desk for 10 full minutes waiting while the front desk woman took call after call completely ignoring me. She never apologized. I went outside for a bit and came back in when I saw her off the phone. She acted as though I had not been standing there for 10 minutes, and I had just walked in for the first time. I understand it was a busy Thanksgiving weekend and she probably did not want to be working, but this was poor customer service.We entered our room to find the bed sheets and towels stained with brown spots. There were also hairs on the toielt seat upon arrival. Yuk! However, the bed was comfortable and the highway traffic noise minimal when the windows were shut. Due to the convenience of the location to our family around the corner, we will stay here again. Hopefully next time the room will be cleaner and the elevator working.
