“Not Happy”

This was the second time at this hotel and we upgraded the reservation to a suite for the second stay. Other than a crummy bed, our first experience was great! I was very excited about our second stay until I entered the room. It was dusty, not vacuumed, and moldy. There was mold on the shower curtain, in the shower, on the wall, etc. It was quite disgusting. They knew we were coming and made no effort to ensure it was clean. There were cobwebs in the light fixures! I would have asked to be moved but it was a special room and I was told it was the last one available when I made the reservation and it was around 8 p.m.. For the kind of money I was paying, I expected it to be clean. When I tried to speak to the manager, I was told he was in a meeting and would be out in "a couple of minutes". After waiting 10 minutes, I asked how much longer. She checked again and told me "that he really needed to finish his meeting and would be a couple more minutes". I left ater waiting for the manager for 15 minutes! This is NO way to treat a guest, especially one that is paying over $300 for two nights!
