“Terrible - didn't get correct room, etc”

First of all, I gave my credit card by phone, then didn't bring it and they REQUIRED it in person also, which I was not ever told. Then they charge for parking, the website just says special events...not people actually staying at the hotels. Then we get into our room which is supposed to be a joining living room and bedroom since it was for a party in the room we really needed that. There was only the one room. Had to go back down stairs and they made it sound like they were doing us a great favor by giving us another room free, when that ruined everything because we were having to go back and forward across the hall (they wanted to put us at separate ends of the hotel but I had to ask myself "is there nothing at all closer" then they found the closer room across the hall. There is no smoking in the hotel but the people next to us were getting high and it smelled strong in our room and in the hall way but nobody said a word to them, which we didn't tell on them either. Then there was parties being loud all up and down the hall and we were told we needed to keep it down but we weren't the only ones being loud. Then we were charged for parking for 2 days, even though we weren't even there for 24 hours. It was supposed to be my bachelorette party and this hotel is not recommended at all. They get everything wrong and charge you for parking when you are already paying over 200 for a room! (parking fee per car - so you better car pool!) We asked if they could try and get the door open that was supposed to be connected to our room, he said I can send maintenance up...we asked how long that would be...he said I don't know!!! We were told the cotts would be free and since I had called ahead we would have them, upon arrival they said it was 10.00 per cott. When I said we weren't told such and such the response was that it was the reservations department which isn't in their facility and they have issues with them all the time, but never this bad. Oh great, so my experience was the worse so far. That sounds really promising to go back again! I have called and left a voicemail with the manager, and have not received a call back!
