“NEVER AGAIN”

My experience was nothing to write home about first of all as a Wyndham owner is figured whatever place they recommended would be clean and so we picked Ramada because we have stayed before in them no problems. I was traveling with 3 elderly people and the walk to the room was long the room smelled so bad and it was dirty so much so that non of us showered we had driven 12 hours and was tired and was told when we made the reservations we could not cancel or get a refund the tv in the 2nd room of the suite did not work and the 2 guys that were working the front desk told me joan that I could come down and get batteries and I told him he could bring them to me than we called back he said they didn't have triple a batteries so my cousin called and they said the remote had to be reprogrammed and they didn't have the code to do that. the lamps did not work we called we finally figured they were unplugged. The next morning we went to breakfast and was greeted with waffles and donuts and breads and a few kinds of fruit not the kind of breakfast I was expecting for the money that was charged. I was very not happy with the service at the front desk and did complain the next morning . So sorry I could not give a good review but sad to say I will never stay at that Ramada again Thank you for allowing to speak my mind about this matter .
