My stay was here was extremely disappointing. I brought my little sister to Nashville for a concert and so we got into the hotel after midnight. It took a while for someone to even get to the desk to check us in. A lady named Dale ( I think) checked us in. We got to our room and was pleased with the room. We quickly got ready for bed and I went to turn on the air conditioner and there was stuff ( i have no idea what) poured into the air conditioner. I was too nervous to turn the air on so we were extremely uncomfortable all night. Around 2 in the morning a bang was at our door and a fight was going on right outside our door. Yelling, cursing, and hitting our door and wall went on for about 30 seconds before i called the font desk. I called three times with no answer. About 2 minutes later the police showed up and I felt like maybe it was taken care of. About an hour later however the yelling and cursing started up again. Once again I called the front desk several times with NO ANSWER. I am a 23 year old girl who is in charge of her little sister, i did not feel safe whatsoever in this hotel. Nothing was being taken care of. The yelling stopped and the resumed AGAIN at about 4:30. Once again, no answer at the front desk!!! After the last time of yelling it did not happen again. We then were woken up at 8 to the sound of vaccuuming above us. Our stay was absolutely miserable. So we went to check out and there was the same lady that checked us in. She asked how our stay was and I proceeded to tell her very calmly how i did not feel as though things were handled last night and how i did not feel safe. She proceeded to cut me off telling me that the men were harmless and drunk that i should not have been worried. I then told her again that i was not happy with the stay and she said "Sorry" very short and snappy then proceeded to help the next person behind me! I am sorry but this is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Even if she had been a LITTLE apologetic, i would not be writing this review rightnow. I called the next day to speak to a manager and twice i was put on hold and then hung up on. I am sorry but this is not how a place of business should be run!
