“Terrible”

The customer service was horrible. They took $160 out of my bank account and then attempted to charge me an additional $200 per room as a deposit. I set up the reservation over the phone and specifically asked about everything I was to be charged. No deposit or anything like that was ever mentioned. I called three times just to make sure. The rooms were disgusting. Our rooms had bugs. The tv remote didn't work, I cut my leg on the bed rail that wasn't put together correctly, and the were stains and spills all over the walls and in the dressers. The people at the front desk were very degrading and rude to us. I called to ask what time check out was ( some literature in the room said noon so I wanted to make sure). The conversation with the front desk went exactly like this:"What time is check out? Something in my room says noon.So.."-me"So what?"- front desk"So I was just confused.."-me"Fine. No later than noon"- front deskThey were very rude. The manager knew absolutely nothing and was not trying to help us. He just walked away from us and called me a liar.
