IN THE BUSINESS CENTER, MOST OFF EVERYTHING WAS UNPLUGGED WITH NO SIGNS FOR THE REASON WHY. i PLUGGED THE PRINTER IN AND TURNED IT ON TO FIND OUT THE DRUM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. wHEN i ASKED ABOUT IT THEY COULD ONLY SAY THE MANAGER ordered a new one the week before and they don't know when it will be in.The second problem I had is I had someone trying to get in my room. Lucky enough when I looked through the pep hole it was an older couple who then accused me of stealing their room and stuff. I took the couple to the front desk only to her the female staff member say "Oh, this must be your stuff, why did you leave it all behind?" The couple was very confused and the attendant to them they had check out this morning but left all their things in the room. I felt so bad for them, but I did just return to my room.The third issue I had was they told me they had a Hot breakfast of sausage and eggs waffles every morning. This was not entirely true. Waffles every morning yes but nor eggs and sausage. The reason this was a problem is this was the MAIN reason for staying at this facility.the forth issue was the room. Some of the towels look like they were stained. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and HAD to be on when the light was on. The toilet was mounted very close to the wall and the door had to be latched closed or it would swing open and hit you as you sat. you had to close the door to even use the toilet as the door open in front of the toilet. The drywall tape was pealing off the wall in the shower area too., the exposed plumbing metal was all rusting including the sprinkler system. The front door was mounted incorrectly as when you opened it the top corner was rubbing so hard that the skin of the door was pealing off. the was also a gap on the hinge side and you could not lock the deadbolt.The tv was screwed down so it could not be turned and then could not be watched from the couch. I ended up moving furniture around so I could at least use the couch to watch a bit of tv in the evening. One evening I was watching tv and the cable went out, yes went out. I called the front desk and they said they would call the cable company in the morning to see what is going on as they too lost cable in the lobby.My company paid for the room and I still would not see myself going back there. I usually stay at the Airport Ramada which is WAY nicer, they just don't offer a free breakfast. « less
