“Great Ramada Lock-Out”

Keys did not work. As many as 5 trips to the desk in a day to get different keys. Customer service was poor, except from Scott who was actually helpful. None of the rest of the staff cared what was going on. We were chased down by the restaurant manager in the hallway when he "forgot" that we had paid our bill. He said he was having a bad day. We actually changed rooms due to the key issue, but the desk forgot to change us in the computer, and the breakfast server acted like we were trying to pull a fast one by signing our new room number to our breakfast bill....I could mention front desk staff that were really bad by name...one step above the Bates Hotel....
