“dismal breakfast, hot tub broken”

this hotel was average at best, the breakfast consisted of biscuits and canned gravy one day and next day microwaved eggs....i could have done better with my own electric skillet....four days of my eight day stay was without a hot tub as it broke and i was given a plethora of excuses from "it has been called in " to " you know we hardly have overnight delivery here" (for a part replacement). not my problem. if u have something in your establishment that needs to be fixed, it should not take six or seven days....it would have been fixed much sooner than what happened there...the owner obviously does not take the guests very seriously in this establishment...when we asked for some type of discount on our bill since we had pre paid for 8 days, we were given ten dollars for two nights the hot tub was unavailable and for the remaining two nights, nothing, but were told we could check out and find another establisment that would meet our needs if we didnt like it.....now mind you, my wife is disabled and tires easily, and this was at the end of the day at 5 pm and now we are expected to pack and check out, find another hotel, check in, unpack, and this would resolve our issue....REALLY????... this to me is a detractor ustomer experience and as such i will never stay at a ramada inn ever again...and in addition i mentioned i was a wyndham owner, they looked at me like i had a duck on my head, so they obviously don't know anything about wyndham ownership, or for that matter wyndham. since it is advertised as part of wyndham group one would think they would have some knowledge of who owns them instead of the inept answers and attitudes i got. i guess that being a wyndham owner doesnt mean jack to the hotels that they say are part of their "group"....
