“WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE”

Dear Ramada,I can honestly say that in 40 years, this was the worst hotel stay of my life. I have never been more disappointed, nor have I ever been charged so much for a hotel.I would like to give you all of the details, but when I tried to do that yesterday, I found that this window doesn't allow enough words for that. Therefore, I will attempt to sum up. When I made my reservation, I requested a rollaway bed because I was traveling with my family of five. The front desk taking my reservation explained to me that she would try, but could not guarantee securing a bed. I agreed to this, but when I arrived and found out that a rollaway bed was not available, my assumption was that since my requirements for staying at your hotel could not be met, then I would be released from the reservation without being charged. Your front desk manager told me that cut off for cancelation was at 4:00 and it was now 7:00 and policy dictated. Keep in mind, I am traveling across the continent with my family. Literally, I am traveling from Kentucky to Edmonton AB, approximately a 40 hour drive without having kids. Three hours difference is nothing, in addition to the fact that traveling through South Dakota and finding cell phone signal is quite challenging.Your front desk manager was very rude and unaccommodating. He refused to work with me over the rollaway bed issue except to inform me that if he could rent the room out, then I would not be charged, but that if he could not rent it out then my card would be charged. He also offered some sheets and blankets for my children to sleep on the floor. "SLEEP ON THE FLOOR" he said? There is no way that placing my children to sleep on the floor of a hotel, with all of the stuff that happens and gets ejaculated on the floor of a hotel, is an option. Without wasting more of this short typing area, let me sum up the rest of my stay. I went across the street and tried to get a room at your competitor, they could not accommodate, but were willing to let your hotel borrow a rollaway bed, so we agreed to stay. It was 11:15 and the bed had not arrived yet, after repeated calls down to your front desk to see if it had arrived, it became clear that there was no concern from the management to even attempt to help us out. All three of my children had to cram into one bed.In addition, the air condition didn't work, there was not hot water, no towels for the pool, the pool was ice cold, we attempted to work out to find
