“Horrible stay and bad service”

I booked king size bedroom with Wifi,Fridge and microwave. But when I reached there, I was surprised to see the hotel room unclean with filthy trash and NO fridge or microwave. There were so many mosquitoes and flies in the room, the reason that could be is the AC was not functioning properly due to which the previous guest would have kept the door opened. When I came out at night as it was hot inside, I saw many guests had main doors open for air. I requested the receptionist twice in person to clean up my room and enable wifi, they said they will have some one do it, but NEVER did it. I had so much baby food to be refrigerated and reheated, and it went all waste. When I spoke about this to their manager, they refused to help as I had booked through orbitz.com. There were many other guest with similar problem near the reception who had booked from hotel.com, kayak.com etc who were given this stupid reason for poor customer service.
