“Stay at Ramada Rapid City”

  , Lafayette
We were a family of three that stayed in a room with two queen beds for a week. Though booked months in advance, we could not get the requested room on the first floor. The ground floor room was surprisingly quiet with no noise coming through from adjoining rooms, so we decided to stay in that room. The buildings A and B are very old and should be renovated. Building C appears to be new and I'd recommend you get a room in that newer building - but it is pricier. Rooms in building C are numbered either 300 (for ground floor) or 400 (for first floor). 100 and 200 series of rooms are in the A and B buildings and their conditions are terrible and shoule be avoided at all cost! We constantly had to fight gnats buzzing around our face and my wife even found roaches! When complained to the front desk, they were matter of fact and not seemed overly concerned! We were not given an option to change the room. Such bug infestations are unacceptable in this day and age. The property promises attractive room rates, but we found other places to be cheaper. One place worth mentioning is their restaurant where you can self-serve free, hot breakfast. Folks at the restaurant were very friendly and managed the crowd very well.
