“Disappointed”

We stayed in a room that had a hallway that was freezing cold. So when my girls and I were going swimming I made them run through the hall because it was so cold. When we were coming back to our room I told them to run because it was so cold and a housekeeper yelled at my daughters. Keep in mind the hallways had to be about 20 to 30 degrees. I told the housekeeper why I had my children running and she continued to try to have the last word with me. I informed them that if my children were to walk as instructed then they need to do something about the hallways. My daughters are 4, 5 and 11 and I did not want them catching colds. It was about 10 yards to our room. I was very disappointed and angry with this housekeeper, I went to my room angry and her still coming behind me trying to put in her last word. Very, very unprofessional, she needs a training in customer service. To top off my stay I found a miller light can in my room by the night stand. Usually my stays at your hotels are great and I have no complaints but this was by far a horrible experience for us. The only good thing I have to say is the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. My family and I travel a lot and enjoys hotel stays so this was disappointing for us.
