“Disappointing”

My recent stay at the Ramada Inn was very disappointing. I always had high regards for this chain of hotel. I truly believe that I was discriminated based on my race (black male 41yrs of age). What the host fail to realize was that I'm a retired military serviceman, and high ranking law enforcement official. When I checked in, the room I was given was on the very black side of the hotel, no one else was on that wing and the odor in the hallway was offer and the room were the worst, items missing out of the rooms nothing like was pictured on the internet. When I went back the front desk to ask for a refund and why was I placed in the back in the worst room when all of the other white guest were in the room, the worker at the desk replied, I though that was a good room, but some rooms are very bad and I made a mistake, but I will give you oneof the rooms in the front if you don't cancel." She change my room to one up front and that room was better, but I was still upset on how I was treated in the beginning this ruin my entire night. Base on this stay I will never stay at that hotel again!!!!!
