“Improvement Needed”

Firstly, I could not connect my laptop to WiFi at your motel. I have had NO problem in other motels or public places, so, it was not my pc. It was the WiFi at the Ramada that did not work. I called support as instructed and the woman said she would call me back...she did not. I was frustrated not to be able to send notes to relatives, etc. re: my overnight stop in Medford, Oregon.The freezer door was broken and would not stay shut and I needed to re-freeze my freezer packs for a small cooler.The coffee in your breakfast room was TERRIBLE. It said "medium roast" but was colored water. There should be a choice for coffees including DARK roast as some people like their coffee stronger rather than weak,The TV had no GUIDE so I could not choose any particular program to watch as I couldn't see what was scheduled that night.The staff was quite friendly and tried to help with the WiFi, but no solution was reached.I would not likely stay at the Ramada in the Medford area again due to these issues.
