“Needs better facilities”

  , Regina
The staff was very helpfull and positive. The restaurant was freezing! They need a door on it so when the front door opens you don't get the draft. Due to the room tempurature our food was always cold. The pool area is disgusting and smells like mold. The pool was to cold for anyone to use and when I put my son in the hot tub all i could see was the black ring of dirt. It's a main transportation area and a lot of people are walking through with dirty shoes while we walk around in bare feet. This isn't practical. To top it off we could not sleep because there was music blasting every night and wouldn't stop. All we could hear was the continual base beat. It drove us nuts and my son was exhausted all weekend for his soccer tournament. I actually drove home in a nasty snow storm on a sunday night because we couldn't handle another night without sleep. I would not have expected to pay the amount I did for accommodations that lacked pretty basic considerations of guests. If it wasn't for the staff being nice I would have LOST IT! I would not recommend or stay there again.
