“Worst Hotel stay every, and I travel a lot. The lobby is...”

Worst Hotel stay every, and I travel a lot. The lobby is absolutely beautiful but when you get to the rest of the hotel it is sub par. First night there was late and when I called for late check in the person at the front desk was so hard to understand. I got to the hotel and my room looked neat but smelt funny by the beds. When I pulled down the sheets, both beds were gross, hair and what appeared to be peeled skin were on the sheets. I called to the front desk which moved me right away. They should have sent someone up to move me but that is besides the point. When I was moved they moved me into a room which had no working light between the bed, which I was told they would fix in the morning, no one ever came. On the second day the air conditioner worked but made some noise that did not allow me to sleep very long, I did not call the front desk since I was leaving the next day and based on them not fixing the light, I did not want to bother. Plus the closet shelf and lamps had a layer of dust, which I think is unacceptable. A little dust, sure but not caked on dust!!!! It was not until when I checked out that someone actually cared about my beds not being clean, the girl at the front desk offered complimentary breakfast which made me feel a little better and she seemed genuinely concerned with my broken air conditioner but still find it unacceptable how I was treated the first night!! Lets not even go to how the bed was worn to the point you sunk into the middle. Come'on people spend a little money in updating your hotel! Very outdated and worn. Could be a great hotel since the location is absolutely beautiful!
