“great location; staff friendly but clueless about wi fi”; Feb 20, 2013 E P, Washington; Spotless linens, room a little worn around the edges but clean and comfortable, great view onto and location on square, easily walkable to restaurants and stores, free parking on weekends. Minifridge, microwave, coffeemaker.I appreciated the friendly bar staff, and the fact that when I forgot my gloves there the front desk clerk flagged me down the next morning as I passed through the lobby to give them back.Noise might be a bit of an issue if you're a super light sleeper--there's low traffic noise from the square, and I found that neighbors on both sides elected to watch tv/have loud conversations into the wee hours (it was a weekend). I had some earplugs with me, which solved the problem.Also, when I was checking out, I told the front desk that the wi fi networks (contrary to what the front desk had told me earlier) were not password protected--they first repeated that they were password protected, and then told me to contact the tech support number if I had a problem, even though I had *just checked out* (I was telling them for the benefit of future customers who, like me, might not want to use an open network because it's more vulnerable).
