“Never again--if I can help it.”

My stay at this hotel was hit or miss. The shuttle drivers were very nice and accommodating, when they were available--we were flexible, so that wasn't a huge issue--except for the fact that the front desk clerk always seemed to be trying to talk us out of using the shuttle. The room service clerk was nice the first time we ordered room service (and I thought I tipped her accordingly)--but, the second time I called for room service (same night), she was rude. I wanted to order over $20 in drinks (several bottles of water because the vending machines were broken and a few glasses of wine) and she said I also had to order food--even though we had already previously ordered dinner. The heater in our first room did not work, and the front desk clerk didn't seem to believe me when I told her that I tried her trick of turning it down to low, waiting five minutes, and turning it back up to high. After maintenance came to confirm, we were moved. Our second room smelled. By this time it was late, and we just settled for that. The ceiling in the bathroom also seemed to be peeling badly and one of the chairs had major stains.
