“Not the best quality for a Ramada”

The rooms needed to be updated and painted. If you need internet access good luck. I was there on business and I had very spotty connection. The hotel had great food and the lady in the lounge was great. The front desk staff was good but did not know much about their own hotel. Such as how to connect to the internet. They told me to read the instructions in the book in the room. I did and it told me to refer to the room key instructions, there is no instructions on the room key except how to get into the room. Then they tell me to call the 800 number that is listed in the book. There is no number. And why do I need to call their IT department??? They guy did not even know about Wyndam rewards. I hope I did get my Rewards Credit. My stay at another Ramada is doubtful this is the third time at a Ramada and I have had pretty much the same experience at all of them. Now the rest of the Wyndam resorts is fine. Thanks T Berkley
