“Filthy room, long wait for service, air cannot be controlled”

  , Odenton
We had been traveling from Kenton, OH and needed to rest and have a nice place to stay with our family and pet. There was over a 30 minute wait just to check in. Once checked in our room door was left open once we arrived. Additionally the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. The sink was full of cut hair and it was soiled around. Basic cleaning was clear hadn't been done! So disappointed we'll spend the extra money and time to drive to Pittsburg and stay at the Residence Inn! They accept pets too. Simply terrible not to mention a whole bunch of loud drunk men that are drilling for natural gas were making beer can bombs, standing outside all night and they were very intimidating. AWEFUL
