“Disbelief....truck stop with a "Ramada" title!”

Pull up the website and look at it yourself! Had the location not been where a business event was scheduled, I would have never selected this facility. When we arrived, the check-in clerk was smoking at the front door and had to put it out, to check us into our rooms. The decor reminded me of the "Playboy Mansion" with the wooden staircase. The carpet was outdated and had retained the smell of smoke over the years of operation. They did not have an elevator, so your bags much be picked up and carried. Opening the door to the room entry way, the light switch did not work. I attempted to turn on the TV with the remote, but it would not control the power or volume. The bathrooms had old pink tile and 6 spots of mold to the left upper side of the bathroom mirror. After a shower, I had to use the old type of hair dryer which looked like the old "brick" cell phones. At 2:07 AM, I awoke to a noise, which resembled a "sand blaster". While I had hoped it was a dream, it continued for a duration of approximately 40 minutes and could hear other guests opening and closing their doors, also wondering what the sound was.
