“VERY DISAPPOINTED!”

I reserved a room for the night of 2/16/2013. I used 10,000 of my Wyndham Rewards points for this reservation. After check-in, we went up to our room and dropped off our luggage before heading out for the evening to the theme parks. We returned to our room after midnight. As we turned down our bed, we noticed dirty sheets! There was a very noticeable large dark colored stain in the middle of the bed. Not sure what it was and I really didn't even want to think about it! My husband went down to the front desk and spoke to a staff member. The staff member apologized and said that he did not have any other rooms available and no cleaning staff to change our sheets. He gave my husband a set of "new" sheets for the bed. As we attempted to change our sheets we noticed additional stains on the sheets. At this point, I was disgusted and just wanted to leave. Dirty sheets only made me think of what else in the room was not cleaned or overlooked! My husband and I did not want to spend the night and decided to leave at 1am. I requested that my 10,000 points be refunded back to my Wyndham Rewards account. At this point, my points have not been refunded back to my account. There is no way that the cleaning staff did not notice that stain while making the bed! Either, the sheets were never changed or the staff just did not care. I will be contacting Wyndham Rewards about this matter as well.
