“Baby Shower in New Hope”

  , Montgomery Village
My husband and I stayed at the Ramada in New Hope mainly because it was close to the event we were attending and it was available. We heard it had undergone recent renovations and the room we stayed in was fine with new carpeting, a cushy comforter, flat screen TV, and comfy pillows. The hotel is in a great location and our room overlooked the pool. The price was a little outrageous - $175 per night, but I guess that's New Hope in October. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bar/lounge advertises as a sports bar, and although we were worried about the noise level filtering into our room that was on a second floor close to the bar, there wasn't a problem at all. The bar/lounge has pool tables and TVs, and later on, after we returned to the hotel, we had a couple of drinks at the bar and played a few games of pool. It's not a Four Seasons or even a Marriott, but this Ramada is a decent hotel in a great location.
