“What a disappointment”

- There was no phone in my room. Finally on the fourth night I insisted (for safety reasons) about it and a housekeeper took one from another room. The door at the rear parking lot did not lock so anyone could enter from the back door without a key at any hour of the day or night. Often there was no one at the front desk. One time the bartender had to come out and go behind the desk to find someone. One reception person brought her baby to work and it was right behind the front desk. My key stopped working every day. The key to the gym wouldn't work although she tried three times to redo it. Breakfast was fine but the food off the menu was terrible. Really terrible. There was no blanket, just a bedspread. There were not nearly enough electrical outlets for today's traveler. We had to buy a power strip. The Internet went in and out. Our family had three rooms and none of them had phones!
